EXCEPT at EU-LFS workshop in Mannheim

EXCEPT Project Co-Coordinator Michael Gebel gave a talk on "The research perspective on the EU-LFS: Comparative research on youth labour markets?" at the „Working with European Union Labour Force Survey (EU-LFS)“ workshop. This workshop was organised by the German Microdata Lab of the Leibniz Institute for the Social Sciences (GESIS) and the Consortium of European Social Science Data Archives (CESSDA) and was held on the 27th of November 2017 in Mannheim, Germany. Michael Gebel provided details on the research strategies used to analyse the microdata of the EU-LFS in a multilevel design. He gave examples from his research on the EU-LFS data in the EXCEPT project. The stakeholder workshop attracted national and international scholars as well as a representative from the organisation Eurostat.
