15.07.2016

Jonas Voßemer presented a joint paper with five other EXCEPT researchers (Michael Gebel, Kadri Täht, Marge Unt, Björn Högberg and Mattias Strandh) at the 3rd European Social Survey Conference, 13-15 July 2016, at the University of Lausanne.
The paper examines the effects of unemployment and insecure jobs on well-being and health as well as the moderating role of three different labor market policies.
First results suggest that passive and active labor market policies as well as employment protection legislation moderate the effects of unemployment, but are less relevant for workers' in insecure jobs.
