You(th) Vision Exhibition at the University of Kent
09.03.2017

Winning photographs from a Europe-wide competition which attracted entries from young people go on show at the University.

The EXCEPT’s ‘You(th) Vision’ exhibition at the University of Kent was launched by Sir Julian Brazier, MP for Canterbury and Whitstable on the 9th March 2017. The University of Kent’s Centre for Health Services Studies (CHSS) co-ordinated the UK’s involvement in the project. CHSS Research Fellow Dr Rowena Merritt said that the photography competition provided an opportunity for young people to ‘reflect on what it means and how it feels to become adult nowadays’.

Over 40 people attended the launch event and the exhibition will run from 9-30 March 2017 at the University’s Templeman Library at its Canterbury campus. It is free and open to all.
