EXCEPT keynote lecture at the 9th Joint IOS/APB/EACES Summer Academy in Tutzing


EXCEPT Project Co-Coordinator Michael Gebel held a keynote lecture on “The Transition to Adulthood in Central and Eastern Europe” at the 9th Joint IOS/APB/EACES Summer Academy on Central and Eastern Europe.  He presented the key findings of the EXCEPT project. The event was organized by the Leibniz Institute for East and Southeast European Studies (IOS) in cooperation with the Akademie für Politische Bildung (APB) and the European Association for Comparative Economic Studies (EACES) in Tutzing, Germany.

A series of annual Summer Academies was launched in order to foster the exchange of ideas and networking among scholars by bringing together researchers in a workshop atmosphere.  The topic of the 2017 IOS/APB/EACES Summer Academy was Family in Transition: Context, Values, and Choice.
